Hello! Thank you for coming to my page.

As a counselling psychologist, I believe it is my job to help people navigate the obstacles on the journey of life. Therapy is for anyone who feels stuck, lost, misdirected, or even just those who are tired. Therapy can act as the GPS that redirects your life and gets you moving in the right direction again. One step at a time. My passion is working with, and helping people of all ages through a wide variety of difficulties. I look forward to our journey together.
Services Provided
Counselling and assessment services are available for children, adolescents and adults.
Psychotherapy
Therapeutic sessions vary in their nature as they are based on your unique situation and needs. These sessions are available in person or online using Skype, Zoom or Google Meet.
General Scholastic Assessment
A scholastic assessment aims to determine and address factors that may be affecting academic performance (e.g. learning difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, etc.).
Subject Choice Counselling Assessment
The subject choice counselling process is a collaborative decision-making process, which aims to assist the learner in choosing their Grade 10 subjects, as well as preparing a back-up plan if necessary. This process can also be beneficial for learners seeking to change their current school subjects.
Career Counselling Assessment
The career counselling process is a collaborative decision-making process, which aims to assist the individual in determining tertiary education/career options, which are most likely to lead to career satisfaction and success. This process may also be beneficial for individuals wishing to make career changes.
Study Skills and Learning Styles
These sessions focus on motivation, goal-setting, time management, tackling procrastination and using effective study strategies and learning styles to help improve academic performance.
Workshops and Webinars
Workshops and online webinars for all ages/ groups can be requested relating to a wide range of psychological topics. Please ask me for more information.
